Join our programs for female single young professionals who are making the most of their Saturdays developing themselves and taking time out for others.
Yuppies take the time to volunteer for reading tutorials through REAP (Reading Enhancement and Academic Program).
REAP (READING ENHANCEMENT AND ACADEMIC PROGRAM)
Since 2008, REAP has been providing free reading tutorials to public school girls. Our volunteers come from different professions and backgrounds. They not only teach reading but also serve as inspirations and good role models to the little girls.
We prepare our volunteers with special seminars on how to teach better. Since most of them are not teachers by profession, we invite experts so as to be effective in our work.
REAP helps Grade 2 students at Heneral Pio del Pilar Elementary School in Bangkal, Makati City. Volunteers and kids meet every 1st, 2nd and 4th Saturday, 1:30-3:30pm.
