Women Enriched,
Making an Impact

PEPPI for Women

Helping women brighten tomorrow

PEPPI is founded by women and created for women across all ages and backgrounds. We see it crystal clear: the huge potential of every Filipino woman to transform and enrich society with her innate skills, touch, and genius.

We’re here to help her make it happen.

Can you…

Say ‘women’ without ‘we’?

The natural gifts and capabilities of a woman deserve to be honed, cultivated and shared with others. We are believers that it’s the journey of accompaniment with other like-minded women that makes self-growth and creating an impact lasting and worthwhile.

Inclusive, holistic, and growth in perpetuity—these are the qualities embedded in the very icon that represents PEPPI as a foundation.
Our icon illustrates a group of women formed as a flower in full bloom; a symbol of continuous growth and flourishing.

For over 30 years now, this has been the sole driving force that moves PEPPI—inspiring women to discover their unique potentials and pursue their advocacies for the family and society.

What we do for Filipino women

STUDENTS

We help cultivate the minds of young girls and guide them to discover their talents, skills, and leadership potential, while offering them opportunities to meet new friends whom they can grow with.

PROFESSIONALS

We offer classes that help female leaders and young professionals foster a spirit of service and professionalism in the workplace and initiate their personal advocacies.

YOUTH

We organize summer youth camps for young girls so that they develop friendship with their fellow participants.

HOMEMAKERS

Women are irreplaceable when it comes to building a home. We help mothers, housewives, and helpers from all walks of life to be self-driven and zealous in doing the work of building a home through classes, workshops, and live demos on cooking, home management, and the like.

Stories of Women in PEPPI

"I always have room to grow..."

Going as a youth camp participant to the camp, and now as a counselor, I have seen how it has helped me through the years to go out of my comfort zone and grow in my social and leadership skills. Every year, it shows me that I always have room to grow more in all aspects of my life: spiritually, physically (with all the running around needed), mentally (with all planning involved), and socially (with taking care of both counselors and campers). Camp is always something I look forward to every year, since it is always an opportunity to meet new people, to learn from them and to share experiences.

From my first year as a camper to last years online camp as a counselor, Torchbearer has been consistent in teaching me valuable lessons and impacting my life. Through camp, I have gained not only close friends from different schools and universities, but also sisters in my co-counselors, mentors, and campers. Starting out as a shy and quiet camper, this camp also helped me step out of my comfort zone and discover more about my talents, skills, and potential that I don’t get to explore as much in school. Finally, camp has impacted me in a way that it is a big help in developing my relationship with God.

– Florence Agcaoili, former counselor and camper at torchbearer camp

My family and I moved back to Philippines in 2013 after our 8-year expatriation came to an end. We decided to settle in the south without knowing anyone. It was through Sophie May that I met my first friends. Being surrounded with like-minded moms who wanted to keep their children busy with productive things during the summer like cooking, baking, arts and crafts and instilling in them the love for chores were just some of the reasons that I like about this club. It’s been 8 years since then, and my daughter and I had made a lot of memories together and will continue to make new ones!

I have a very difficult life. Often, I go to school hungry because there is no food in the house. Many times I just look forward to my friends treating me in school since they know how my life is. Some months I am so troubled by the situation in our family financial and emotional, that my class standing is affected. Thanks to my “Titas” in Kabataan I am able to carry on in spite of the big problems I have. The lessons on perseverance, fortitude, faith and hope have helped me face situations with a strong heart.
