PEPPI

PEPPI provides continuing education to women volunteers principally through its Centers of Learning. The volunteers receive a holistic program that addresses different facets of the person. Specifically, the formation aims at developing character, uplifting culture, learning values and morals, promoting professionalism in the workplace, and fostering personal social responsibility.   This formation is imparted through various activities, such as weekly study circles, monthly conferences, yearly retreats, annual seminars or workshops, talks, classes, and get-togethers. In addition, volunteers are guided through mentoring conversations with trainers to incorporate to their lives the formation received.
